The Beef, Lamb and Pork sold from our shop is all sourced from selected North Northumberland Farms. Our Chickens and Chicken fillets are all sourced from the U.K.
and are registered with farm assurance schemes.


Beef:
Our Beef is ‘hung' for 18-21 days to allow it to mature for taste and tenderness.
You can choose your selected cuts from the following:

Minced Lamb, Casserole Steaks, Diced Lamb,
