Cooking Instructions:
All our ready meals are pre cooked and served chilled. The ready meals should be re-heated until ‘piping hot'. The containers they are served in are both Ovenable and Microwavable.

To cook in the oven
(Turnbull's recommended method of cooking) You should remove the film from the top of the meal and place in a pre-heated oven at a temperature of 180-200'c and heat until piping hot (approx. 20-30 Minutes).

To microwave
Remove the sticky label and pierce the film several times. Heat until piping hot (approx. 3-6 Minutes depending upon microwave wattage and meal size)
